These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, and products, including but not limited to coaching services, hypnotherapy sessions, online courses, digital products, and any other services we may offer (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. DEFINITIONS

"We," "Us," "Our": Refers to The Limitless Butterfly Method™ and Rhian Johnson

"You," "Your," "Client": Refers to the individual accessing our website or using our Services

"Services": Includes all coaching programs, hypnotherapy sessions, courses, digital products, and related offerings

"Website": Refers to our website and all associated platforms, including social media and email communications

"Content": Includes all text, images, audio, video, programs, materials, and information provided through our Services

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

We provide transformation coaching and hypnotherapy services, including but not limited to:

• Individual coaching programs (including Fertile Mind™, The Limitless Butterfly Method™, and other specialized programs)
• Group coaching programs
• Hypnotherapy sessions (Rapid Transformational Therapy® and other modalities)
• Online courses and digital programs
• Workshops and masterclasses
• Digital products (workbooks, meditations, recordings, guides)
• Educational content and resources

All Services are provided for educational and personal development purposes.

4. SCOPE OF PRACTICE AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Our Services are NOT medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. We are NOT medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, or licensed therapists.

Our coaching and hypnotherapy services are designed to support personal transformation, mindset shifts, and goal achievement. They do NOT:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Replace medical care, psychiatric care, or psychotherapy
• Provide medical advice or medical treatment
• Guarantee specific outcomes or results

IF YOU HAVE OR SUSPECT YOU HAVE A MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION:
• Continue seeing your medical providers
• Follow all medical advice
• Do not discontinue any medication or treatment without consulting your doctor
• Seek appropriate professional help (medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist) as needed

Our Services are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical or mental health care.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR HYPNOTHERAPY:
Hypnotherapy may not be suitable for individuals with:
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis)
• Active substance abuse or addiction
• Serious personality disorders

If any of these apply to you, please consult with your medical provider before engaging in hypnotherapy services.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Participate actively and honestly in all sessions and programs
Complete assigned tasks, homework, and practices
Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results
Inform us of any medical or mental health conditions that may affect your participation
Notify us immediately if you experience any adverse effects from our Services
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and content
Use our Services for personal use only (not for commercial purposes)
Respect session times and cancellation policies
Make timely payments as agreed

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Pricing and Payment

Prices for our Services are listed on our website and in program agreements. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before services begin unless a payment plan has been arranged. Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer
• Other methods as agreed

Payment plans (if offered) require an initial deposit and scheduled installment payments as outlined in your specific agreement.

6.2 No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the transformational and informational nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds once:
• Payment has been processed
• Access to content has been granted
• Services have commenced
• Digital products have been downloaded

This applies even if:
• You achieve your desired outcome before program completion
• You decide not to complete the program
• You are dissatisfied with the Services
• You experience personal circumstances that prevent participation

EXCEPTION: We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refunds Policy.

6.3 Payment Plan Default

If you are on a payment plan and miss a scheduled payment:
• Access to Services may be suspended until payment is received
• Late fees may apply
• Continued non-payment may result in termination of Services
• Full outstanding balance becomes immediately due

You remain responsible for the full program fee regardless of whether you complete the program.

7. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

7.1 Session Scheduling

Coaching and hypnotherapy sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You are responsible for:
• Confirming session times
• Being present and on time
• Having a quiet, private space
• Having reliable internet connection (for virtual sessions)

7.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

LESS THAN 48 HOURS' NOTICE:
• Session may be forfeited (no makeup session)
• Or rescheduled at our discretion

NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited with no refund or makeup session.

EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES:
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. If you have an unavoidable emergency, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, materials, programs, courses, meditations, recordings, workbooks, images, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided through our Services are the exclusive property of The Limitless Butterfly Method™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

YOU MAY NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share our content with others
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Record, screenshot, or capture sessions without permission
• Teach or train others using our proprietary methods

YOU MAY:
• Use materials for your personal use only
• Download materials for personal reference (where permitted)
• Share general concepts or ideas (but not verbatim content)

Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and session content, except:

• Where there is imminent danger to yourself or others
• Where required by law or court order
• With your explicit written consent (e.g., testimonials)

We may use anonymized, de-identified information for:
• Case studies (with all identifying details removed)
• Marketing materials (with your consent)
• Program improvement and research

All client information is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. RESULTS AND OUTCOMES DISCLAIMER

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS.

While we are committed to providing high-quality Services and supporting your transformation, we make NO GUARANTEES regarding:

• Specific outcomes or results
• Timeline for achieving results
• Conception, pregnancy, or fertility outcomes (for fertility programs)
• Business or financial success
• Relationship outcomes
• Health improvements
• Weight loss or physical changes
• Any other specific result

Results depend on many factors including but not limited to:
• Your commitment and effort
• Your willingness to implement strategies
• Your individual circumstances
• Factors outside our control

Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and may not be typical. Your results may vary.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and you assume full responsibility for your outcomes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of Services

• Any interruption or cessation of Services

Upon termination:
• Your right to access Services ends immediately
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
• No refunds will be issued
• Provisions that should survive termination (payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers) remain in effect

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific program agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Limitless Butterfly Method™ regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top
• Sending email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our Services.
